The Mattacola Law Firm was founded on March 1, 2004 in historic Rome, New York with one goal in mind - to establish a law firm in Central New York that offers legal services in a responsive, practical and honest manner. Our focus lies in the areas of labor and employment, personal injury and general litigation, but also offers professional and practical service in real estate, wills and estates, commercial litigation and criminal defense.

Very few come proactively - most come when something has gone wrong, when things are falling apart, their lives or companies in pieces. After examining the problem and researching solutions, we find a solution and we put the pieces back together. Much like the fragments in the logo becoming one, when we do our jobs correctly, our clients leave us feeling whole again. And that is a wonderful thing to be a part of.

We do this with an endless attention to detail. We strive to be responsive and thorough when tending to our clients’ needs. We draw from education, experience, knowledge and superior technology in order to stay at the top of our field. All the while, our firm remains committed to our families and our community. We coach our childrens’ teams, we sit on boards, we sponsor area cultural events - the list goes on. We do this because we consider it absolutely irresponsible to make your living in a community and not give back to it. Just like sound economics, we do not withdraw what we have not deposited.
